About Meridian Parcel

We have been moving parcels around the United Kingdom since 2009. We started with three vans and one contract in the West Midlands; today we run 15 depots and hubs and deliver to every UK postcode, including the offshore islands.

We are not the biggest carrier in the country and we do not try to be. What we sell is predictability: a collection that turns up when we said, a parcel scanned at every handover, and someone who answers the phone when it goes wrong.

How we work

Parcels collected during the day are sorted at the depot covering the collection postcode and trunked overnight to our Birmingham hub — the middle of the country by road, and the reason a Cornwall-to-Aberdeen parcel can still make next day. From there they go out to the delivery depot and onto a van the following morning.

Every handover is a scan, and every scan is visible to you and to your customer at the same moment. We do not hold back information until a parcel is late.

Working with us

Most of our customers are small and medium businesses sending between ten and a few hundred parcels a day. You can book through the portal, upload a CSV, or integrate our REST API into whatever system you already run. There is no minimum volume and no joining fee.
