How we charge
- Parcels are billed on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight, calculated as length × width × height in centimetres divided by 5,000.
- A fuel surcharge of 12.5% applies to the carriage charge and is reviewed monthly.
- Highlands and remote mainland postcodes carry a surcharge; Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the offshore islands carry a higher one and are excluded from timed services.
- All prices exclude VAT unless stated. VAT is charged at 20%.
